Christmas time is so much fun! Which is why I picked "Christmas" to be our next topic. Take pictures of Christmas lights, decorations, food, snow, people, anything and everything that makes you think about Christmas! Be creative and have fun! I can't wait to see what everyone comes up with!
Okay girls, how are you all liking the set up of the blog? Do you like the monthly assignments, or is that too much or too little? Also, we need to make a list of everyone so we can all take turns choosing the topics. Who would like to pick for December? Do you guys want to choose your own months, or should I randomly assign your months and we'll follow that pattern? I have had so much fun already, and I'm so excited about all the participation we've had so far! I'd love to hear your comments and any ideas you might have!
I would have liked to get outside and play around with macro a little more, but my kiddos are sick and there doesn't seem to be an end in sight. Oh well.
I failed at getting out to take fall photos, but I did try for a macro shot. I don't have a macro lens, so this is the best I could do. I found this washed up little strip of coconut on a beach in Singapore last week. At first glance, it looked like trash. But close up, the coconut is dusted in salt from the ocean.
I was worried I had waited too long to get some good fall shots... but as it turns out, it is still BEAUTIFUL out there! Oh how I love the fall. Everyone's photos have been incredible. I enjoy seeing all the different perspectives. Like Jess, I haven't experimented with landscape photography much (I am too enthralled with my kids), but I am excited to get better at this!
