reduced saturation till all color is removed
went into adjustment and made the diagonal line a slight S. Making the blacks blacker and the whites whiter.

Studio Silhouettes (by S)

This is my first ever post! I had built a little photo studio in my house right before joining this group, so I used the silhouette assignment as a chance to play around in the studio... literally. At one point, my cat decided to join in.

I really like how the 2D nature of a silhouette lets you compress depth into strange shapes. The gradients here are from the way the light was falling off, which I just color balanced towards blue.





I had a lot of fun, but there are still things left that I want to try!
